The working rules for authorized use of the Optaimiz business operating platform.
Optaimiz is a business operating platform. Users must use an authorized account for legitimate business purposes, protect their credentials, and follow the role, organization, and workflow boundaries assigned to their account.
Workforce access is limited to verified Optaimiz Google Workspace identities and the access level assigned by Optaimiz. Connecting Gmail is optional and separate from workforce sign-in. An employee may connect only the employee’s own verified Google account and must approve the requested Google permissions before mailbox functions are available.
The platform may prepare messages, drafts, records, and review workflows. Users remain responsible for reviewing information and confirming any external send, payment, filing, or provider action. No user should rely on a platform draft as legal, tax, financial, or compliance advice without qualified review.
Some platform capabilities depend on approved integrations, administrator settings, individual user consent, and third-party service availability. Optaimiz may limit, pause, or revoke access to protect security, comply with policy, or maintain the platform.
